Starting Your Build
It all begins with your dream of a Northern Michigan Lifestyle.
We offer a blank canvas, the home, for you to choose your own finishes, decor and amenities. Upon reserving your new home you will work directly with our builder to design your space to fit your needs. The completion date of the project is typically within 9-12 months of your reservation date.
You Dream it.
We offer several model types which vary from 2-3 bedrooms with options to add a 3-seasons porch, kitchen layouts, vaulted ceilings, and a finished lofted space.
You Design it.
Choose your finishes; From kitchen counters, bathroom tiling, to wall color and flooring. We offer a spending allocation for all finishes and let you choose the style that best matches your vision. We also offer an option to work directly with an interior designer.
We Build it.
